By and large, it was best base for sightseeing in Napier, had much fun and met super-friendly staff aside from one very helpful staff member who helped us resolve the lack of towels in our unit when we arrived.

We had an amazing time staying at this luxurious hotel. The staff were so lovely and helpful, especially Colleen. The location was perfect as it was close to shops, a bakery, and the beach. The rooms were great, clean, and had everything we needed. The overall aesthetic of our unit was beautiful. There were also lots of activities for kids to enjoy, such as a swimming pool, games room, and trampoline. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends. It had everything and more that you would expect from a hotel in this budget.

Our stay at Kennedy Park Resort was enjoyable from start to finish. The facilities for kids were fantastic, especially the pool and playground. Our 3-year-old had a blast and we can see that even as she gets older, there will still be plenty to keep her entertained. The room itself was spacious and clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Although the room was a bit dated, it didn't hinder our overall experience. And while the bed was a bit on the hard side and the pillows were thin, it didn't prevent us from having a decent night's sleep.
